Crossroads Care Cheshire West, Wirral and Shropshire have been providing a wide range of specialist home care services to people in need of help and support and respite care services for the Home Carer since 1981.

Our ethos is to help and support those in need of home care services in any way we possibly can with an approach that is both professional and sympathetic whilst at all times maintaining the dignity and self respect of our customers.

Crossroads Care is committed to providing flexible, responsive and individually tailored care to people in their own homes.

To enable us to deliver high quality services we highly train our staff. We are now able to offer our training to:

• You as an individual care worker
• You as a employer of a personal assistant

All our training is recognised by The National Skills Academy Social Care, accredited and in line with current standards and ready for the change to Quality Credit Framework.
