CARE STAFF At present we have approx 90Carer Support Workers, they are all highly trained enabling them to meet a variety of care needs, including assisting with personal care, toileting, mobility and mea l and drinkpreparation. They can provide as much or as little physical help as required.Our Carer Support Worker is not able to carry out nursing tasks and is not able to assist with housework. Although we are a charity all of our Carer Support Workers are paid by us for the work that they do. We also have several Play Workers who work in the children's clubs.

OFFICE CARE TEAM The office care team based in the office consists of 2 teams who now cover our lagrer area -Cheshire West & Wirral. Along with them we now have a Club Support Officer to support the club supervisors in the smooth running of the valuable service we provide at out clubs. TRUSTEES We are governed by a local Board of Trustees all of whom are volunteers. They bring a range of skills and experience to the Board and have overall responsibility for the service. The Statement of Purpose contains a list of the current Board members, with details of their relevant background and experience. Our current Chairperson Mrs Diane Morley has been with the Wirral Crossroads since the start. She was one of the original members of the steering group. (Full History of Crossroads) Back to top
VOLUNTEERS We have 17 volunteers working alongside our staff and supervisors at the various clubs that Crossroads Care run throughout Cheshire West & Wirral. Their help to the supervisors, clients and their carers is invaluable. They provide much needed support that allow us to continue these well attended clubs. Back to top
