This service is offered to those who are seriously ill or suffer from a life
limiting illness, this service enables the person with care needs to stay
at home and carers to continue to care at home. Where required, that
help can also mean that carers can continue to hold down a job whilst
fulfilling their caring responsibilities.

Through our palliative care work we support families – carer and the
person with care needs – at a time of great stress and varied need.
Those needs range from the strictly practical to the highly emotional and
