We have many exciting changes ahead for us, particularly with the re-brand of
Crossroads and with effect from 3rd August 2009; Nationally Crossroads will
be know as Crossroads Care. Our own new working name will be:
Crossroads Care Cheshire West & Wirral
There will be changes to our logo, uniforms and our paperwork.
Our new key message is:-
Crossroads Care are the people carers turn to...........
This will be illustrated in the high quality service whisc we provide, and that is
mainly down to our Carer Support Workers as they are all our ambassadors in
the community
