Our LIFELINK CLUB is run in Ellesmere Port for adults with physical disabilities.
We always ensure that there is a friendly welcome to all of our clients. Carers are also welcome to stay to ensure that their relative is going to be properly cared for, happy and safe in the club environment.
A wide range of activities are available and a programme of activities is now available. LIFELINK is committed to offering learning opportunities to clients and promoting their independence by offering a needs led service with individual care plans.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Our service at the LIFELINK CLUB exists to provide respite to carers and their families by;

  • Offering a safe, secure and stimulating environment for adults with physical disabilities.
  • To assist clients in making their own decisions and support them in maintaining their independence.
  • To ensure that staff are trained and monitored to enable them to promote independence, by working with them and not for them.
  • To ensure that clients and their carers are kept fully informed about the service they receive.
  • To ensure that as an organisation, we respect the privacy, personal choices, lifestyles, customs, cultures and values of each person for whom a service is provided.
