In Ellesmere Port we have the Life Link day service for adults with
physical disabilities and in Nesten there is the very successful
CAMEO group supporting people with short term memory loss
and their carers. this group is so popular that we now have an
extra weekly session.
We work closely with the alzheimer's Society and they fully support
our Cameo group and our EMI service inthe community.
the Alzeimer's society is keen to work more closely accross other
parts of Cheshire.

Our professional team of Carer Support Workers offer a unique,
practical and efficient service that allows carers to take a well -
earned break as and when they need it.

Whether it's visiting friends, enjoying a trip to the cinema or simply
