Crossroads Care has been providing a respite service for Carers in Wirral for 27 yrs, in Chester
for 17yrs and also in South Cheshire for 17 yrs . We provide a number of services to a wide range of client
groups of all ages.

Due to our close working partnerships with the Children’s and Young Peoples Departments in Cheshire West & Wirral we are able to continue offering valuable support to young people and their families as they go  through the transition from Children’s to Adult Services continuing to provide a continuity of care. This may be in the form of home visits, outings or when a staff member accompanies the young person to specific venues such as group activities.

All children deserve the opportunity to achieve their full potential and have the same rights and needs as others, and should be treated primarily as children first. This includes valuing each child as an individual, giving children choices and encouraging them to communicate.
At Crossroads Care Cheshire West & Wirral we believe in the provision of a quality service to support children, young people and their families.  We seek actively to meet their needs and respect their views. All our staff are trained in Child Protection, Personal Care, First Aid and many other courses that meet specific needs of the children.
